As part of the final design review process, the public was encouraged to submit to the Planning Commission comments on the Sherwin-Williams headquarters final design package. Those comments were collected by the City of Cleveland and shared with Sherwin-Williams just prior to the November 30 public meeting. Proposed Site Plans for Global Headquarters and R&D Center
CLEVELAND, February 19, 2021 – These proposed plans provide a high-level footprint of buildings, parking and green spaces for each site. CLEVELAND, February 6, 2020 – The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE: SHW) today announces it is finalizing plans to build a new global headquarters in downtown Cleveland and a new R&D center in the Cleveland suburb of Brecksville. The plans follow an extensive competitive site selection process and are contingent upon completion of standard due diligence, approvals of incentives and other matters at the state, county and city levels, and resolution of business and legal matters that accompany such major real estate investment projects.
