Sister Fights Rose Will Special to The Inquirer NEW YORK, FEB. 16. A bitter fight over the will of Billy Rose, the midget Midas of show business, loomed Wednesday when one of his two sisters said she would fight court approval of the will. The challenge to the will came from Mrs. Miriam Stern, of Manhattan, as estimates of Mr.

Rose's fortune rose to more than $30 million, from an early estimate of "upwards of $10 million." The will, filed Feb. 11 for probate, left $100,000 in trust for Mrs. Stern, of whom many of Mr. Rose's friends heard for the first time on reading of the bequests. In contrast, Mr.

Rose left $50,000 outright and the income from a $1 million trust fund to his other sister, Mrs. Polly Gottlieb, wife of Alex Gottlieb, Hollywood producer and writer. ci 2T i 1 Miles SWITZERLAND vv 4k lugono Moggiorej W.
